I missed to notice a chip in the top center of my windscreen and it cracked now. Does anybody know how much it would cost me to replace my 2002 Octavia windscreen?

However much your windscreen cover excess is I'd say!

No idea how much they actually cost. Probably £200-300ish.

Check your insurance if your fully comp. I think a new screen is a little more than £300, I can't remember exactly but over £400 I think. I will try to find the receipt, only cost me £60 and it happened when Autoglas were repairing stone chips. I am the 0.2% of people who's screen will crack during the repair process. It passed an MOT with the chips it had but while SWMBO was shopping I thought I would take advantage of the free repairs..... not so free in the end.

Thanks guys. I got it replaced from Skoda dealer in Reading and it costs me 233 £ (158 £ for windscreen and rest for labour).
