The sill inside the drivers door of my car is quite scratched so I was thinking of covering it up using the door sill guards - anyone bought any?? I would like them to look as original as possible and not Max power

I have fitted some long front and short back alloy ones made by Ripspeed it has RS on them and kinda VRS stripes before Check out Halfords web site to see them close up, I think they work v well.

Thanks - I should have said that mine isnt a VRS but I will tke a look

go on superskoda website they sell them oem ones

You can buy the OEM ones from Skoda dealers either plain, with Octavia lettering or with VRS lettering, I've got the front VRS ones on mine but be warned they are expensive!

The front ones alone were £60 for the pair and the back ones would have been another £40! I'll try and find out the part number tonight.

Here's what the VRS ones look like

(a bit scuffed but they've been on there a while now!)

The part numbers were 1U0853491A and 1U0853492A and were £25 each from the dealer not inc VAT

Thanks - they look good, but mine is an Elegance so VRS ones might not be the best choice, I like the official one on the skoda site and on superskoda, but I cant justify spending best part of £100 in them The ones suggested on e bay look a likely choice!
