Ive been socom 1 for a few weeks now, stuck on level 9, cant shoot down the hind!

I must had spent over 12 hours total on the same level, over and over again, i just gave the game to my friend in the end.

Forgot to mention, StarWars Battlefront for the PS2 is good fun online. (PC & XBox versions also available) Still a 'full price' game though.

Am going on NTL... and there is a known issue currently with StarWars on it, something to do with an incorrect patch being cached on ntl's servers.... when they sort it will pick up a copy.

(Nick, Socom is a Navy Seals game...)

SOCOM 1 is a bit glitchy online: is the second one better?

Not played the 1st one, but can report the 2nd one is lots of fun...

does socom come with the network card or is that extra>?

Bought it yesterday from Argos 7.50 as you said, forgot to mention having to wait for half an hour amongst a large crowd of xmas present-buying chavs who don't know the meaning of the word 'queue'. Still, bargain at the price...
