Hello – am new to briskoda, but not new to Skodas.

Picked up my New FL VRS last month (on the new plates...woo!). Is a 170 CR with DSG in Race Blue.

Last car was a 2009 VRS 170CR, again DSG, but in Silver. Was such a good car that I bought practically the same car again...!

Are there any OC meets around the M25 area? I have only seen tyre kicking around the Midlands.

I did worry I should have gone T fsi but you obviously liked the CR170

Yep it is excellent – I bought diesel on the first VRS as that was the fuel I was used to. I was really, really tempted by the petrol option on this car as is a lot cheaper to buy. But when it came to selling the diesel, the residue was good so that was the logic on going for the common rail again.

Silver looks great on the VRS, makes the red brakes standout...
