Just back from the solicitor........

Featured Replies

and its yet another person to be on my side of the whole arguement, it currently stands at skoda Vs. me+CAB+Trading Standards+Solicitor

the solicitor is totally amazed at what skoda have done with the situation involving my car and can't believe they have done it on both potential cost grounds and also customer relations grounds. the solicitor believes that as they made me an offer that i accepted they can't just retract that offer at their discretion and they must live up to the original contract.

his advice to me is to put it in writing that i am living up to the original agreement and that i will be turning up on **/**/2004 to pick up my car and pay the amount agreed, if they refuse to accept this then get a letter/phone call from a solicitor. guess who is writing a nice formal letter this evening? ;)

Is it really wise to publicise it here?

May do away with the necessity.....
