I have drained my cooling system and I need to refill it with coolant. I've already used 1.5lrs, but I'm wondering how much more I should need. Anyone have any ideas? My Haynes manual does not tell me the capacity of the system and I've not managed to get it all in one drainage container.

Keep topping up after initial fill whilat engine sucks it up to start circulating.

3.4lts of pink/red anti freeze then the rest distilled water so not to get chalky deposits although difficult to drain 100% all out run up to temerature as until thermostat opens fully you wont get it all in! hope this helps :yes:
