If you have a PC you can! Just hold the ALT key in and type 153. Here is the full list.

Thanks for the hint, looks like I can't do it though as I have a laptop and no numeric keypad on the right

And it it should be ALT and 148 sorry. The code I gave was for a capital Ö and not an ö.

Usually laptops have numbers around the middle of the letter, the 7 will be on the T and the 3 on the M or something like that? You just need to press the NUM LOCK button and they should come up and the ALT key should also still be active.
