I have an mark 1 octavia Vrs.I have recently changed a coil pack .The engine management light is still on but the car runs fine. Any suggetions on how to turn it off. I have cleared the codes once but light still comes back on after a while.

Any help would be appreciated.

Not at the moment somebody else did it who used to be a mechanic and has the right equipment.

You will need the codes to find out what the problem might be (unless it is a noticeable problem) and they can only be reset via VCDS, VAG Com or a cheap code reader/clearer.
