Cheap Bluetooth Phone that works on the standard Elegance spec

Featured Replies

Hi all

Picked up my Yeti today and loving every minute of it. Photos to follow when I stop driving it

Reading all I could about the built in Bluetooth it was clear that my LG phone wouldn't offer full functionality. The solution? A Nokia 2330 Classic - everything works as it should including the call lists and the best bit is this little beauty is only £30 on pay as you go!!

Heres a link to it for those that might be interested.

OK it doesn't have a great camera and all the bells and whistles but I only tend to make calls and send the odd text so suits me fine!

Thanks

Simon

Which Bluetooth module have you ordered?

Does it support music streaming (A2DP)? Did you test it?

Which audio unit do you have?

A lot of questions, not a single answer...

You're right not a single answer. Theres actually three in there, but I admit they may be well hidden ;)

Which Bluetooth module have you ordered? - NONE comes as standard with the Elegance spec

Does it support music streaming (A2DP)? Did you test it? - The radio does (at least i've seen settings for it) not sure about the phone. No, not tested.

Which audio unit do you have? Standard fit Bolero

With hindsight Ii'll try and edit the title of the post. Its only a cheap phone that works with a pre-installed set-up that I've found - not a complete BT system.

Cheers

S
