Bushes and Clutch

My Fabias in dire need of the Console bushes done, and a clutch. I've got the cupra bushes but I need the size for the arb bushes if anyone knows so I can order them from Awesome?

Also clutch reccomendations, I'm gonna buy the kit mr moggy linked in a previous topic I posted and then sell on the cluch from that kit so the cars gets a new dmf aswell. I was thinking helix 4 paddle? But other people reckon a standard clutch with a better pressure plate will suffice. I ain't got a scooby about this stuff so need advice. I'm not paying £1k for the sachs racing clutch and flywheel nor am I wanting to spend anymore than a grand in total including fitting of everythig

Labour is coming in at £400 to fit the lot and awesome are £105.27 for all the bushes, £290ish for the kit moggytech linked and £30ish for a release bearing. Comes to £825.27. Worried more about longetivity though doing 25k a year. I'm a a loss and about ready to trade it in for a Vectra SRi 150
