Can anyone tell me the correct procedure for removing the rear drums on my 16v sport? The brakes used to be pretty good but now got quite a lot of travel on the handbrake and the footbrake then suddenly they start to bite - makes smooth driving quite tricky! I assume after 48K miles they need cleaning out and adjusting properly but i see they are not like the old vdubs i used to work on. Any tips would be appreciated.
