Well if you dont like the price of ferodo then dont look at pagid. lol

Ferrodo DS2500. worth the money. Ask Oliver, my passenger @ Castle Combe :giggle:

I would just use OEM, i was recommended to and have had no problems at all. seem to work very well

Cheers for the replys. I know the ferrado's are by far the best (my mate has them on his S2K) but the price is mad!

Also when ordering the pads, because the brakes are from an audi tt mk1 i guess i have to get the ones that are ment for it? Dumb question?!

edit that last line out asap ... :giggle:

Ferodo aren't road legal from what I've read on here so potential issues if you have an accident. I've got boggo Mintex ones on the Octy and they're ****e. Some random ones from GSF on the Fab (come in a bright yellow box) and they're loads better.

On the Octavia , the 288 and the 312`s are the same

The only ones within the VAG group that are different with 288`s or 312`s is the Fabia vRS

Their brake pads are completly different

So TT`s , A3`s Leon`s Golf iv`s and Octy`s are the same

Hope that helps?

There is a link to our Tarox pads , that explains it too

To be fair , as I found out at the weekend , there are only approx 5 or 6 rear pads for all cars with rear discs :S strange
