I introduced my self a while back when I was driving my Octy Elegance, now I have a Octy VRs I wanted to sell the Octy elegance on here but it won't let me post, what do you have to do to get permission to post car sales in the relevent forum?

welcome to briskoda. you have to be a freedom member to sell things

You need to come over to the GREEN side by joining Freedom as they are the only members that can post in Cars for Sale
