I was on a foreign website the other day and they were doing a multifunction steering wheel without DSG paddles (also it mentioned without Vrs logo), but now i can't find it.

Does anyone know where i can pick up this wheel or have you come across the same site? I've been searching the browser histories on the various PCs i use but still not found that site again even after lots of googling!

It was a full kit they were selling with wiring loom, controller and 3 spoke wheel and it was working out at around £500 in GBP although the site was in another currency... i remember converting via one of the web exchange rate sites...

it could have been superskoda, if it was and your order from them read the horror stories on here first.

Cheers for that Mannyo, i see they've got a wheel up for sale but they're saying they all come with the paddles. I'm thinking i imagined it now. I should have just bl**dy clicked buy at the time!

Might need to take a trip to the dealers to see what the MFSW with paddles looks like, see if i can remove the paddles or something.

or just have the paddles and don't use them. I have just ordered the mfsw from a czech site for 150 euros compared to main stealer wanting 300 plus vat for it.

or connect the left one to the afterburner and the right one to the rear facing rocket launcher?

Careful with foreign steering wheels mind.

Be sure you dont get a LHD one, leaning over to steer will do your back in.

Shame its no a vrs wheel.. i really like the perforated leather on mine.. that one seems to have plain leather and no vrs badge :'(

Is there any way to remove the paddles if you went for a proper vrs dsg mfsw?

I tried 2 local dealers to me and neither of them can source it. I can't find it in VAG's ETKA parts catalogue either -- but that might just be because i can't use ETKA properly! Not looking good for this wheel so far currently swinging towards the UK DSG wheel, not had a look at one yet though
