Non-Maxi Dot Instrument Facias on FL cars

Featured Replies

I've read a number of people saying that Maxi Dots aren't as vital an option on the FL as they were on the older Mk 2s as the trip computer fills the space rather than having an ugly blanking plate as per the older models.

Is this the case?

I know you get some added functionality from the Maxi Dot - I have it on my current car but to be honest, apart from setting the alarm beep and the auto locks on the first day of ownership, I've never used it since!

Thanks in advance!

Got to admit - After looking at that I could have survived without the Maxidot!

What does the Maxidot display on it's default screen?

What does the Maxidot display on it's default screen?

From memory...

Total mileage and trip mileage on the bottom line, speed in KMH above that and then either the MFD display, Audio information, or if fitted, navigation info or phone info in the main display. Top line has the clock on it.

Would double check but it's peeing it down out there emoticon-0100-smile.gif
