It's in the garage at the moment. They have tried all the obvious fixes but nothing has worked. They reckon mine was a problem with the pressure valve or something along those lines. Part should be in tomorrow so will see.

Cheers for your help guys. It was a problem with the Pressure Valve. All replaced and now running fine :)
