Two IC's

Recommended Posts

I've heard people on the forums when getting new IC others have said leave the original one in and have two.. Has anyone actually done this? Is there any benefit of two?

Follow on question would be, is there anyone who tried to fit two standard ones? Either one FMIC and std or one on each side..? :giggle: (after relocating washer bottle ofc).

theory says that anything you can do to lower the charge temperature is better, but the extra pipe work and added volume in the intake tract will only increase turbo lag and may lead to a drop in overal performance... remember for every 90 degree bend in the system you loose 5% in pressure

Two standard side intercoolers would be hopeless! Twice the shoddy oem pipework and twice the run on the boost pipes!!

What you want is a seat sport fmic from a mk 4 ibiza! 350 from seat its the biggest you can fit to a fabia

then you want forge boost pipes from a pd130 ibiza :8 for 250 then ur laughing bigger and cheaper than forge
