Fault code help

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I have an 05 Fabia VRS and a couple of days ago the CEL (Check Engine Light) came on. I had the fault code scanned (OBD-II) and it came back with "P0183 Fuel Temperature Sensor A Circuit High Input". I had the faults cleared and the light went out but it came back on yesterday.

Can anyone shed any light on where the Fuel Temperature Sensor A is? I'm going to check over the wiring and connectors that I can get to and see it its as simple as a loose termination or short somewhere.

Any help/diagrams etc would be greatly appreciated :)

Looking from the front of the car, remove the engine cover and locate the right hand stud it fixes to. The fuel temp sensor is directly below that, about 3 inches down.
