I Need Help Please

Featured Replies

I have a 2004 Skoda Fabia Vrs 1.9tdi 130 Bhp and I have a Tuning Box on it and it's puting out 155-160 Bhp. I have only done 13500 miles and the cluth is starting to slip, when I accelerate fast it slips and then bites. I was wondering if this is a fault in the dual mass fly wheel or would it be the clutch itself ? If it is the clutch Can you buy an upgraded one ?

Edite: to remove the capitalisation...much easier to read now. :)

Sounds like a warranty issue to me - remove the tuning box and take it back to your dealer. :) Many Fabia's here run 180bhp+ with no clutch issues (yet)

What Would I Have To Do To Get My Fabia To 180 Bhp + ?

Now , thats a classic!!! :rofl::rofl::rofl: :gay:

You'll be lucky getting a clutch for slip at 13,500 miles unless there is a mechanical defect with the clutch itself.

Yes uprated ones are available.

There is a nice one rated for 500lb/ft so I'm told, not that I would be interested in something like that or the single mass flywheel that goes with it, oh no ;)
