Can I...

...replace the stock injectors from my 1.8T(AGU) with the stock injectors froma Cupra R or S3 (225HP) ? I'm asking this question since here, nobody seems to know anything about 380cc or 440cc injectors. Nobody from Bosch heard about bigger injectors on a car ! :)

I reckon Mr Ffelan will be able to answer that question for you.

While you're doing it, don't allow the fuel pump to prime the system unless you like the taste of petrol :)

Damn, i called at the local Bosch dealer and asked for 1.8T 225HP injectors(380cc) and they sell them for 150E/piece (600E for the set > huuuge price). I also found out from the VWVortex forums that some Bosch #400 or Siemens Deka 380cc can be had for 200$/set and will perform very good ! What do u guys say ? Will theese injectors fit to my 1.8T? Will i need a remap after replacing the stock 240cc injectors ?

I've no doubt the injectors will fit but I'm sure you'll also have to fit other items associated with suplpying more fuel e.g FPR, fuel pump. you also have to get another remap to take into account the increased fuel flow.........I guess. ;)

The S3/TT injectors also require the S3/TT fuel rail to fit. I think certain 911 injectors can be used, the ones from the GT2 seem to stick in my memory but I could be wrong. What turbo are you running to require larger injectors?

I'm running on stock turbo for thye moment(K03) but planning to get the K04 or T28R !Maybe i'll find K04 on a wrecked TT !

If you want to fit a K04 from a S3/TT it's alot of work, you need the manifold, TIP, custom DP, custom IC pipework plus more.

so what's the size of the standard injectors on the VRS ??
