Been pointed at this forum after hearing about it many times, by the user 'Robshaw'.

My name is Chris, but for the last ten years, people have called me Vard, so Vard I shall be here also. I'm 21, living about 15 miles S-S/W of Swindon in Wiltshire, and riding a 1994 Kawasaki ZXR 400 at the moment:

I'm not actually a Skoda owner, I am in fact a Rover enthusiast at heart, and have just got out of a long term relationship with a 1998 Rover 820 Vitesse.

Broke my heart, because she decided to spit a rod out of the back of the block on the way back from the Nürburgring last year, on a Belgian motorway. I had a brief affair with a 1991 Rover 216 GTi TC while she was off the road with the engine in the garage being rebuilt, but had an accident in that, and as a result lost my NCB. Now I cannot justify insuring a gp17 2.0l turbocharged roadbarge, so I am in fact sticking with the ZXR for a couple of years, most likely.

I do have a quiet love for the new Skodas, after being around Rob's red Fabia VRS (HV06 XTT), Kevin ('Carnival Clown')'s, black Fabia VRS, and Lorna ('Miss Piggy')'s Skodas, and when I do look into getting a car again, if I don't simply buy another Vitesse fastback, as my heart commands me, I will probably be looking at an Octavia VRS among other things, so I figure it can't hurt for me to get to know a bit more about them.

Anyway, this post is mainly to establish that I'm not a spammer, so that I'm not deleted, because I probably will be loitering, but not posting very much.

That said, I shall stop rambling, and go do some of that loitering I was on about.
