Just contacted my dealer to be told that 8 weeks after order my 140ps Muscovado Elegance Yeti is on the boat and I'll have it next week. While I'm very pleased with this it doesn't seem to tie up with the prolonged delays that others are experiencing. Could be because I went for a standard model. then again once I get it I'm sure I will wish I had ordered some other bits!

strange....we ordered a standard 1.2 s model nearly 7 weeks ago, and havnt even been given a build date yet'....and a good firend of ours has been waiting even longer and has just had a further 4 week delay :S

My 170ps Muscovado Elegance Yeti may be sharing the boat with yours! I ordered it 8 weeks ago without too many extras either (TPM and Sat Nav).

Our 1.8TSI 4X4 Ambition with lots of extras (inc Park assist, etc.) has just been delivered. Exactly 8 weeks and one day.

Sadly not so quick now - I think I jumped the gun a bit; its still at the port and won't be ready at the dealer until next week. So more like 10 weeks from order!

My 170 diesel elegance (no added features) was ordered in the 3rd week of April. I have a build date of week 22 = now!!

Marlborough say 3 weeks from build date to them so thats about 8-9 weeks.

I ordered mine with a variable boot floor since the Yeti's very own owners' manual shows a variable floor WITH a spare wheel option. Alas it can't be had so first the computer in Czeck had to say no before sending a homing pigeon to SUK before they sent a snailmail to my dealer who then had to change it... yadda, yadda. So no build date for me either since there was a change to the order many weeks after the original order... Grrr... But then on the bright side I will now be getting a 60 reg.

It's possible your Monster might be one of the first with the new 2nd generation 170 CR+ engines; slightly lower CO2 and improved MPG.
