Im after a oil filter cap type wrench. like this....

My octy is a 1.9 TDi 90 1999 model

76mm/14 flutes

Laser part # is 3117 and is 3/8" drive

I have used a chain wrench, then a strip of thin aluminium inside that, followed by a layer of sandpaper inside that (against the plastic filter housing). Had worked for all of my oil changes (from 70k -> to my current 165k).
