I also thought the factory fitted mats were very poor and a waste of money. But the rubber ones are really good, practical, no nonsense, in keeping with the spirit of the Yeti. The rubber boot liner is really useful also. Got mine from the ebay Skoda shop, same price as dealers, quick service and delivered to the door for no extra cost.

The Skoda rubber mats appear to have a lip round the edge to retain water & stop it running off onto the carpets.

Do any of the non-Skoda rubber mats have this feature or are they just cut from a moulded sheet of rubber?

I'd imagine they were removed due to their commercial nature and not being Briskoda partners/sponsors/advertisers
