Featured Replies

advice sought - my very local skoda dealer - who i should maybe not name check for the moment - 3 times now my car has gone in for minor works and 3 times

they're assessment of the work has been erroneous or exaggerated.

this time they said all front wishbones needed replacing when only the front suspension ball joint needed doing. although their fee to assess problem was £45 ?

what would you do ?

doesn't seem right to me that a main skoda dealers taking advantage in this way

I would rather have a complete lower arm ,than have the rivets to the ball joint drilled and ground out and the new joint bolted in,

If its octy 2 we are talking about the lower arm ball joint is bolted on so no drilling is needed, and thinking about it octy 1 and fabias are also bolted on!!!
