I'm referring to to little spring loaded plastic trapdoor in the sill that gets pushed down.

Mine keeps getting jammed down or comes off its hinges. Very flimsy construction.

Anyone had the same problem ?

Mine ended up slightly squint but i traced the reason back to me kneeling on the trim further along the lip -- approx 3/4 along at the right side facing into the boot, had slightly moved / uncliped. Anything like that? I just pushed the trim back into place and that sorted the wee flap again.
