hi my 57 reg 1.2 12v fabia airbag light has just come on.it has 5 months warranty left. will the work be free ?

Of course the warranty will cover the airbag light. As its a Skoda, I think your VW dealer will tell you a polite no!

going into the skoda dealer tomorrow morning.driving home this aft i noticed the horn didnt work. but when i took the car out later the horn worked again.

whats the problem ?

just put car in the garage,again the horn is not working

just been to the dealer and it's a 'slip ring' (?) behind the steering wheel causing the airbag light to come on.going in 2 weeks time.

"slip ring" just think of it as a ring of metal on the back of the steering wheel which touches with a metal contact from the steering column switches (think of scalextric track in a circle) this then ensures that power is delivered to the horn button and the airbag in the steering wheel irrespective of its position, if it is faulty and not delivering power then this will throw up the fault light and cause the horn not to work.
