Hello.. My CD changer stopped working recently and today discovered that the multi plug that connects the cd changer unit to the cars wiring harness was wet and some of the wire connections corroded and broken away from the plug. I thought an easy solution would be to join the matching coloured wires using a cable connector strip but it seems the coloured cables are not normally matched when looking at the connected plug.

Any ideas what colour on the cars harness connects to what colour on the CD changer wiring? The haynes manual doesn't seem to have the answer.. So, maybe someone on this great forum can help.
