Skoda octavia 1.9TDi 66kw tuning help needed

I have a octavia 1999 1.9 GLX TDi, 66kw model with engine code AGR. I am a total newbie, and dont know where to start. I need more power to the engine(bit sluggis :D), and need help where to start. I dont have a real budjet, but something 1000-2000€ would be reasonable... Can someone do a "list" what to get(specific, if possible)? I am looking into something 150-200hp, that will be more than enough for me. And the car would be my on use car, so it would need to be reliable. And I tried search, but did not get the help i need(not even in my own countrys forums :( ), or them i am blind. Thanks to all responses! And apologises for my english, its not my best language(i am a finn, so that explains it :D). Any help is appreciated :).

Your English is fine.

The easiest way to get to 150bhp from 90 is to start by changing the car to a 110 (with a red letter "i" in the badge I think) since just a remap will take that to 140.

If changing cars isn't an option, I think you may need to change the turbo and injectors, then remap.

Thanks. But i think i dont want to change the whole car, and the motor is still in good condition, but maybe if i find affordable engine for it... But at this stage i think i just upgrade what i got. So a GT-15/20 turbo(this one is suitable, i have read), new injectors(type, model?) and a remap. Thats it, easy as that? What about intercoolers etc. upgrades, any use at this powerlevels i am hoping? Exhaust, do it need upgrading? Suggestions/recomendations?

You will probably need to upgrade the clutch if you are putting a different turbo on there and remapping it, the standard clutch won't cope with the kind of torque you'll end up with.

Not sure what your local laws are about emissions but in the UK diesel cars don't have to have a catalytic convertor to pass emissions tests so a lot of people modifying their diesel cars will remove the catalytic convertor and have a straight through pipe instead.

If you have a VNT15 turbo (possible) a upgrade of Nozzles (T4 .216 injectors) and a remap should see you to 150 hp.

I know a guy that can get you some T4 injectors. Anything more and you really need a new turbo, bigger nozzles, breathing mods etc... starts getting expensive.
