Got Dab radio in the octy now, found a s/h Sony portable walkman type radio on Amazon for £15, just used a stereo cable to plug into the AUX input and pop it into the arm rest. Reception is fine 95% of the time so far, worth trying rather than running cables and sticking aerials on.

I've done the same thing. The only time it's a problem is on the motorways, when reception dips very now and then.

No situte for a clear FM signal, but it's good for 5live and sports xtra, and 6Music of course.
