My rear bumpers skirt is just starting to come away at the wheel arch.

I'm going to re stick it while the weather still good.

Is Tiger seal ok for this.. as in, is the bumper made out of the right stuff and does Tiger seal stick as well to paint?

Also, To avoid the Tiger seal getting on visible surfaces is using a bit of wide masking tape immediately above the seam a good idea, to catch seepage.. or will I end up with masking tape permanently stuck to the bumper?

Clean the area with IPA spray and leave to dry (2 minutes tops) Tiger Seal will be fine. Mask off with the blue detailers tape Scotch 3434
