Boot space in litres for all configurations

Featured Replies

Oh Skoda UK. Why can't we have things like this in our brochures?! This I found on the peculiar French Yeti forum that TP pointed to elsewhere:

Finally an easy way to see all the seat configurations AND the relevant boot capacity with or without a spare wheel.

Now that looks really useful

It is peculiar though that in the normal top configuration the spare wheel is listed in that brochure as only 94 litres. But in all the other configuration the spare wheel is lsited as 95 litres! So it must expand or something as you move the seats around! emoticon-0140-rofl.gifemoticon-0112-wondering.gif

My Audi A2's boot is quoted as 390 litres. And with the optional spare (as I have) and false boot floor I'd say it is 300 litres. So in the standard configuration I'm not getting a much bigger boot with the Yeti. emoticon-0120-doh.gif BUT at least I can vary it at will or slide the seats forward.

am I right in thinking that you can lift out the middle rear seat too, so presumably that offers another config with more than 510 litres, yes?

Yes the middle chair can come out completely, the only thing it doesn't do is slide back and forth. Once removed you have the option to move the outer chairs inboard slightly if you so wish.

Why do I have visions of them filling the cars with water when working this out? :D I can't help it when they refer to litres.

Just as well it's not pints then!!
