not strickly speaking. Though you will have to declare that you've made a claim in the past.

It's only the NCB you're protecting, not the base premium.

Therefore if you make a claim, your premium will be loaded to reflect it, then the NCB will be applied.

My premium went up cos someone claimed off my insurance (long story, dont want to hijack thread) It went up to 100

thats odd paul i went with tesco over direct line because they were cheaper.and what i found even odder,is that directline are the providers of tesco insurance iirc

and our postcodes are probably very similar
