My air conditiong in my Skodia Octavia TDI is not working. It was recharged two weeks ago and just stopped working. On test I was told there is a small leak in the system. Anyone any suggestions where the most common leak is?

First check would be to see if clutch is still attached to the air con pump and that it had not fallen off onto the undertray (if fitted). A quick search should give you the details.

Or take it to an automotive ac specialist who'll find the leak by filling the system with a flourescent dye, rather than guessing "it's usually this".
