pc problem

Featured Replies

ok what i mean is my new pc i got a few months ago has a pentuim 3 and that has a 5.6gb hd and that wasnt booting up so i took the one that was in my old pc which is a 1.6gb and tried it in my pen 3 pc and it still wouldnt boot up

A better test would be to see if the newer PCs hard drive worked in the older PC. That would identify if the hard drive was screwed.

If it works, the problem's the PC (motherboard, cables). If it still doesn't work, then it may be the hard drive, or that you haven't connected the cables up correctly (this applies to your old PCs hard drive in the new PC, too)
