Thinking about a replacement Scout - but would like to check out what it looks like in white first. Anyone with pictures from the front / side / rear? Thank you.

Mmmm ... I've seen one in white. I dont think it quiet worked. The high contrast between the gray body protectors and also the Sunset Glass is a little too much IMO.

I've also seen a white VRS Estate locally and that looked superb.

When I was thinking of getting a white Scout the only pictures I could find on the web were for ones on sale in Oz, they seem to like them over there! In the end i went for a white vRS.

Where you can change the colour of the scout - sadly it doesn't seem to have Candy White (its Alaska White?) and you can't see the back but you do get a general impression.

Prepping to do 2.0TSi clutch in future - plenty of time and opportunity as I mentioned recently I have a 1.8T L&K Octy also ! I'd seen a comment at some point someone recommending to change rear main seal whilst you are in there. Something to watch for? Also as below

Hi! I'm in need of some help please. My Octavia estate sat for 8 months unused. The battery went flat (AGM Varta) and doesn't charge. I got the car started with a different battery and then swapped in the dead battery to see if it would start charging. BUT, now the engine was running I needed to move the car a bit and found that the gear stick won't go into reverse gear. It can select 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th but not reverse. I've ordered up a new AGM battery (due in a couple of days) but this reverse

Hi Everyone, I have been investigating how I can replace the decorative trim pieces on the console of the O4 (see attached picture (version I would like). The easy part has been figuring out the general part numbers, however I get stuck on the specifics.
