Just a general query. What weight of refrigerant is in the Octavia air conditioning system?

Been asked a question about it for R*****t Clio 2 Sport 172 and do not have the faintest idea of quantities.

500g was inserted by Kwik Fit and I do not know if that was a full fill or just a top up.

There's a sticker on the rail along the front of the engine bay in my car saying Refrigerant is R134a and 525 +/- 25 g is required. Topping up refrigerant doesn't usually work either - usually it is sucked out and the correct mass put in as there's no reliable way to measure the mass of refrigerant in an air con system without removing it and weighing it.
