Just bought a 1.9 TDi Octavia on an 02 plate.

Had it servficed by my mate so is running like a dream but the service warning keeps flashing.

I know these can be reset manually so does anyone know how to? Or point me in the direction of a thread if it has already been posted.

If you don't already have one, you can download an official SkodaOctavia Owner's Manual from Skoda using the thread below. Look for Octavia Tour and production date 06/2009 to 05/2010, ie the first link, and make sure you download the English version. It helps to be on broadband since the manual is a 14MB download.

The procedure you want is on page 19 of that manual, or on page 64 if you have the original Owner's Manual supplied with the car when new.
