Change of Clocks

Featured Replies

Hi there. The missus has a 99 Octavia TDI and the clocks have died on her (no speedo or rev but everything else working). So I thought the easiest ( ie cheapest) option would be to get a set of clocks off ebay and replace them. So 20 quid later I've a set off a 2001 TDI which fitted no problem......except immobilizer is now on. Does anyone know someone in the Oxford area that can clear the clocks or reset them so that the immobilizer doesnt come on???? Cheers, Stu

We can do it, but you'd need to pop the old clocks back in and bring the car up to us.

Thanks for the offer Ben. What would be a ball park figure?

Stu

£60 usually, unless there are any major problems or investigation required :)
