Does anyone have this phone and is it any good?

your input would be muich appreciated

Someone at work has one... battery life isnt amazing, but its a sexy looking phone and works well. Never fancied ericssons since my T68 because the software is a bit dreary and nothing special. It depends what you want it for though. If you want to add applications to it and have unlimited upgradability to its software, any Series 60 would be better, however if you want great bluetooth support, then the ericsson is good

I have one and it is great, the battery life initially isn't good but after about 5 charges it is fine and can be increased by updating the firmware on it.

I have also found a great site for downloading just about anything for it http://www.k-700.com/media/

Personally I think the K700i is one of the best phones out there for a light/Mid user.

Unless you get a duff one........

Mate here at work got one, thought it was fantastic. He took it to a Sony centre for a firmware update, and it was returned, complete with "undocumented features" (using the camera caused it to hang, random white screens....)

He sent it back for repair, and they charged him 25 quid and sent it back with the same faults. Another return, another

+ if you look around you can run ngage games on a series 60 ;) Also can get software till its coming out of your ears. I'd suggest looking at the 6260, i've got one and its brilliant (bit large for a flip phone but nevertheless cool phone)

I had one of the early SE colour phones with a little joystick. I can't remeber the model (perhaps T68i). The battery life was amazing compared with the Nokia phones I have used before and since. However I disliked the software and switched back to Nokia, and would not get another make again.

yeah thats the t68 or t68i, depends whether it was graphite in colour or baby blue. My ericsson had to go back 3 times for faulty firmware, and 2x of rubbish batteries :( They may have changed but dont fill me with confidence since then :(

Tried so hard to like my T630.Had to go back to my Nokia 6100.Menus so much easier .Mind you by the time you get your phone I'm sure there will be an updated version!!! Moves a bit fast this phone technology :D
