Featured Replies

im having a butchers at a fabia 2l however there are never many questions on them o this forum... are they any good and what do i need to look for. am i correct in thinking its a similar engine to the one in the mk3 golf? :wonder:

If it's the 2 Litre 8V petrol, they are quite rare, and go like stink!

prety sure they only did the 8v and stopped it after a 52 reg. and yeh the hatch is herder to get than the estate version

Rumour and Briskoda folklore has it that they are Mustang slaying material :o

IIRC with a 2.0l Fabia most cars you'll "take like a King!" :giggle:

ahh the old 2.0...

Nice little engine they are :) I had one for about 4 years (my last car) it had an AMD remap on it and panel filter which took it from 115bhp to 135bhp and 150 fltbs. It wasnt as fast as my current car (vRS) but it was smooth and pulled nicely

Couldnt recommend one over a vRS but if you want a petrol fabia they are the one to go for! ;)
