just wanted to say hi, iv been looking around the forum for a while for tips on my vrs, thought it was time to say hi, i got my fabia back in march, started cheap, side stripe removal etc, now i have decided to get leon cupra splitter, octy vrs brakes, apex 30mm springs and whiteline arb,

so far the car is amazing and loving the diesel power,

no i haven't done the grill mod yet, done the short shift one though, that made a big difference, getting it mapped next week which should be good fun, the police will love me lol

where ru you getting it mapped? Been looking around for one but undecided atm. Looking at a straight through pipe first before a map. :yes:

going to unit 18 to get it mapped, they did my brake conversion and fitted my arb, springs and fitted cruise control. they said i should be looking at around 170 bhp and about 300 lbs/ft or torque. and it only costs about £250 so a lot cheaper than most places, but what they said they do is a gradual torque curve so that it doesn't knacker the clutch out. i don't know if im going to get an exhaust yet, just trying to keep the car looking as subtle as possible, it still pulls like a train without the remap so i can't wait to see what its like with one

ha - true lad. did you get it done?

how much was the ARB - was it a rear or front?

How much was cruise control?
