Just acquired my first Skoda - Octavia 06 plate estate. The previous owner had a different alrm system fitted (a Laserline 211), which only allows the driver's door to be unlocked using the remote (strange way to set it up, but believe it was due to night working, extra security). I then have to enter the vehicle and unlock the doors using the unlock button near the handbrake, rather annoying with a toddler on your arm !

Apparently this is something a dealer can reprogramme - but any idea how much this will cost me ?

Yes, that dont work I'm afraid. There are 3 buttons - 1 to unlock, 1 to put the interior lights on, 1 is a panic button which sets the alarm off

I meant on the key fob, that would show if it was an alarm specific thing or if the car has been set that way.

I set mine to unlock the drivers door on one push and all doors on the 2nd.
