what wing mirrors have people put on there mk1 octavia?

i really really want a set of the wrc safari wingmirrors with the fog lights in them but can not find them anywhere, failing buying them i might have to try and make some,

any other ideas on what wing mirrors to use?

Standard ones. I think the ones from the Audis and Golfs on the same platform fit and would look ok but fit any aftermarket ones and you would need to do some re-wiring to keep the electronic angle adjustment and heating.

ive heard that the mk4 polo wing mirrors fit ( they are shorter than standard octy ones)

I'd like auto-folding ones. Was that an option on the Octy 1?

I got hold of some genuine s3 polished mirrors because I thought they would fit, they didn't as the mounting points are different.
