A couple of days ago the movement upwards of driver side window was accompanied by a loud bang and the window jammed,twisted sideways halfway up its travel. By lowering window and the raising it whilst holding it horizontal I was able to close the widow to within 2mm of its full travel - so at least dry and secure.

Called this lunchtime at Hobin Skoda in Salford - not my supplying dealer - who confirmed that they would order what was required for repair and would do the repair either tomorrow or Saturday morning. I am taking Yeti in Saturday morning

I worked in Manchester just down the road so might have a short trip down memory lane while they do the job although Hobin are happy if I want to wait there.

A good experience which means that I will use the dealership again. Nice to report positive news
