Dealer Crimbo Card

Featured Replies

Just got a crimbo card from the dealer who's selling me my new Octy VRS. Seemed a bit strange to get this  Anybody else get this on a yearly basis or is this just for the first year that you buy the car?

Was half hoping there might be a note that said car will be available to collect 1st of Jan instead of 3rd week of Jan, but no such joy.

As a buddy of mine said my Christmas is going to be a late one.

Only four more weeks!!! Hope those Czechs are working extra hard.

I get a card from my dealer every year!

Ditto, plus a gift too sometimes :D

Once read that BMW Ireland flew their best customers over to race track in UK to test out new M3 and 6 series!!

Anybody ever get anything even close to this?

I got a birthday card for my car from the Dealer, shortly before it became 1 year old!

I used to get a chrimbo card from my Skoda dealer, until they went to the big showroom in the sky :( . I still get one from our local Vauxhall dealer, who we haven't used for about 5 years! Don't these folks ever clear out their mailing lists?

aBSOLUTE DIDDLY SQUAT FROM MY DEALER!

We got a Xmas card from each of the three MB dealers we used whilst we had the A-Class, nice touch you may think...

Only one of them managed to spell my name correctly. The supplying dealer had been told never to contact me ever again because they didn't want to know about the problems once they sold they vehicle. I asked the dealer who did the majority of the servicing (#2) on the vehicle to remove me from their database and the third dealer was only used to put the new engine in the car because I had lost all faith in dealer #2.

We have not received an Xmas card from our good local Skoda dealer, but we are not worried as Dennis Horton & Son are friendly, competitively priced, they know what they are doing and above all do not work to the standards of MB.

A very merry Christmas to all

Christmas card with a picture of a Bentley :) nice though

Always get one from TVR :D

Got two one for me and one for her!!

Yeah yeah BUT people you do all realise that they are after more business...a means to an end....an agenda.....(how did i get soooo cynical???) :D

I don't think my ex-dealer (Westover) knows how to write.... they certainly don't know *anything* about customer service (or fixing cars!). Nothing from Loders, but I only go there to get parts!

This thread is six years old !!!!

Is that a revival record ??
