Induction + Dump Valve

Featured Replies

Right, I'm starting to modify the vRS and first on the list is a new induction kit and dump valve.

Induction-wise, I'm looking at pipercross, but not sure which to go with... (Viper seems to be the best bet?)

Also, can anyone recommend a new dump valve?

YES - I'm a NOISE WHORE! B)

If you fit an atmospheric DV to the Octavia it will not run properly. Aftermarket recirculating DVs - the Forge 007P or Bailey DV30 are good. Forge do a split DV that's part atmospheric but people have had mixed results with them.

Fitting a CAI will make the DV louder. I have a Carbonio CAI and a Bailey DV30 and the DV is a lot louder than stock.

As Rob said, a good CAI and a non atmospheric DV will give you a fair amount of noise

But why advertise your Skoda is turbocharged? ;)
