doesn't the metal boost pipe off a PD160 Ibiza fit?

dont know didnt know that was metal? someone must know

ohhhhh

Piccys? does it look really chav?

I bought one off Sy, it's awesome! Looks really good in the engine bay, along with the EGR delete and the blue hoses. All I need now is a FMIC and the rest of the stainless pipes - which i'm currently working on before Trax :D

I just need to find someone who will bend my piping.

Same as the egr delete, 2.5"?? or something. Around that? Lol

it would be an idea to flair the ends of the pipe too.... or even roll them back on themselfs as you dont want them Popping off

Try a custom exhaust geezer, must be one near you.

2 1/4 inch pipe

2 1/4 inch pipe

Thats the one i think. I've had a look at mine today, and it needs a slight bend as well as the 90* to bend along side the engine, how have people done this.. or they just made it fit?

I'll go and get a picture of mine shortly. Mine's just a 45 degree bend pipe, with silicone 90degree onto the EGR delete then EGR delete ionto manifold.

Then lower down, I got a 45degree 60mm-96mm reducer type silicone pipe, so the pipe slides over the old gay collar and fixings on the standard SMIC and its clamped on tight to stop any leaks. I had to get 60mm as opposed to 57mm because 57mm-96mm doesn't exist anywhere lol.

57mm ID

then my egr delete is a bit bigger think its 64mm id not too sure though

be interested if you can flair the ends

Ends don't really need to be flaired tbh

I take it you have to lose the engine cover if you have the metal pipe?

I've sold a few of them on here, with a flared end and a bead to help keep the jubilee clip and pipe from sliding..................

And then just the elbow and other end to buy to complete the kit yeah? How much do you charge for the pipe?

You can use the existing rubber hoses  just cut off the metal collars :D

I'll find out, had a thread on here a while ago, prices might have changed :D:rofl:

 +1 (if the price is right)
