I was talking to a VOSA Vehicle Examiner the other day, he had a few days of roadside checks lined up and trust me -you do not want to get on the wrong side of a VOSA Vehicle Examiner

I can't see it been too long before a window tint test becomes part of the MOT test.

well thanks for the few people who did post there pic's up !! I KNOW the law about window tints and i see both sides of what people are saying, but it is my choice at the end of the day and only wanted a few pic's around where i live there is one light machine where in essex nearly all the plod have one.

Can not see it coming into the MOT due to the cost of the machine (so my mate at the mot station has told me when i asked him about it)

Heres my tints, light smoke on the front and slightly darker on the back, drove past loads of stationary police during day and night and not been pulled for them !

The fronts are actually alot lighter than the pic makes out, probs the angle its been taken at !

I think the light smoke looks good, the limo tint can make a black vRS particularly look like its a Fabia van in my opinion

As a motorcyclist too I really hope you are pulled for them for the sake of us. Out time on the roads is hard enough as it is!

hink you are right. Most people on motorbikes go past junctions just praying someone pulls out on them

It's on weitec coilovers and on that pic the rear is as low as it would go with the adjusters out and the front was almost all the way down, had approx 5mm left.

I have since lifted it up a bit as it was just too low and the ride quality was crap !

hiya,that's how my windows r done ,and as u said rozzers don't even look twice at you nice car by the way,are the rims 17" coz now i know what mine would look like with those wheels on cheers

as for tinting the front windows, well that's just for ugly people to hide behind, maybe for some it should be compulsory lol

hiya ,thanks for that ,i don't want to offend all bikers ,but i was aiming at the morons who cut u up at junctions and fly down the inside of you on the m/way just to get 5 cars in front ,and from personal experience ,i'm not a bike man ,even the most experienced riders can lose their life on a quick ride out ,as for tinted front windows ,u r bloody right some people should not b seen :giggle: :giggle: no offence intended

its 50/50 not bike riders are arse holes same as its not always the drivers fault !!

I had my tints done yesterday 2ith 50% on the fronts and 35% on the rears !! Looks good not to dark !! always double check my mirrors/shoulder so should be alright for not knocking bikers off !!

ITS BLOODY AWFUL. Wheels are vile and the roof looks like a kid did it. The black one looks very nice but that red one on the track has been spoiled. At least it gives me ideas on how not to make my car look crap!
