Hi, I wondered whether some could help me, just picked up a skoda 1.8t octavia estate 53 plate and have noticed that the lock button which prevents the rear windows from being opened by the kids is not working..any suggestions ?

Do any of the other switches in the drivers door handle panel work or not?

If none of them work then I'd guess the multiplug has come out the bottom. If it's just the window lock switch then you'd need to take the panel apart and replace just that switch.

Yeah the other buttons work, so from what your saying its a separate switch I need to replace, is there a part code for this?

Cheers, just seen one on Ebay for £16 used,looks in good condition..so will replace the whole switch..

mine dont work either, must be common

mine works until i shut the door then i have to turn it back on
